• Seawalls and bulkheads
• Boat lifts and boat ramps
• Dune walkovers and walkways
• Gazebos and covered waterfront structures
• Retaining walls and drive-on ramps
• Seawall foam repair services (SWRP division)
• Related marine and waterfront construction

All services are subject to site conditions, permit approval, project scope agreements, and applicable state and federal regulations. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

Estimates and proposals provided by Waterbridge Contractors are based on information available at the time of assessment, including site visits, client-provided information, and current material and labor costs. All estimates are subject to the following conditions:

• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing
• Final pricing may be subject to change based on actual site conditions, permitting requirements, material cost fluctuations, or changes in project scope
• A signed proposal or change order constitutes agreement to the stated scope and pricing
• Work will not commence until a signed agreement and applicable deposit have been received
• Scope changes requested after signing will be addressed via written change order and may affect total project cost and timeline

Waterbridge Contractors uses a milestone-based payment structure. Specific payment schedules are outlined in each project proposal. General terms include:

• A deposit is required prior to permit application or material ordering
• Progress payments are due at defined project milestones as stated in the signed proposal
• Final payment is due upon substantial completion of the project
• Invoices not paid within the agreed terms may be subject to a late payment fee
• We reserve the right to suspend work on accounts with outstanding past-due balances

Accepted payment methods will be specified in your project proposal. All pricing is fixed as quoted unless a written change order is executed by both parties.

Waterbridge Contractors handles the permit application process on behalf of our clients for applicable projects, including coordination with SCDHEC/OCRM, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and other relevant state and federal agencies.

We make every reasonable effort to secure permits in a timely manner but cannot guarantee permit approval or specific timelines. Delays caused by agency review, environmental concerns, or third-party objections do not constitute a breach of contract on our part.

Waterbridge Contractors of the Carolinas LLC provides a 3-year workmanship warranty on all completed construction projects. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and installation performed by our crews.

Material warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and are passed through to the client where applicable. We will assist in facilitating manufacturer warranty claims on your behalf where possible.

Unless otherwise stated, Waterbridge Contractors of the Carolinas LLC owns all intellectual property rights for material published on waterbridgellc.com, including text, images, project photos, logos, and graphics. All rights are reserved.

For projects performed in North Carolina, applicable North Carolina statutes and contractor licensing requirements, including BD5 licensing, also apply where relevant.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated Effective Date. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
