Three direct contact paths

Choose the clearest way to start

You do not need a finished plan before contacting us. Start with the concern you can see, where the property is, and what you want the waterfront to do better.

Request an assessment

Use the short property-assessment form when you want to share project details in writing. It keeps the first facts together so the team can understand the structure, shoreline, or access concern before following up.

Call the office

Call when the situation is easier to explain in conversation, when you are unsure which service fits, or when you want to ask whether Waterbridge serves your property and type of work.

Send an email

Email works well when you already have photos, drawings, an address, a permit question, or background that will help explain the request. Include the best phone number for a follow-up.

A useful first conversation

What to include with your first message

A few practical details help us understand the request without making you diagnose the job yourself. Share what you know and leave the uncertain parts for the assessment.

Waterbridge works on docks, piers, boat lifts and drive-ons, seawalls and bulkheads, dune walkovers, waterfront decks, repairs, and connected marine construction. If the project crosses several of those categories, describe the overall result you need rather than choosing one prematurely.

  1. 01

    Property location

Send the street address or the community and town. Location helps identify service coverage, water conditions, access, and the likely permitting path.

  2. 02

    What you can see

Describe damage, movement, erosion, access trouble, an aging structure, or the new waterfront use you want. Plain language is enough.

  3. 03

    Photos or documents

Current photos, surveys, drawings, permit records, or engineering can add context. Do not delay the first contact if you do not have them yet.

  4. 04

    Timing and next decision

Tell us whether you are planning ahead, comparing repair with replacement, responding to active damage, or trying to coordinate work around a larger property project.

Coastal Carolina coverage

Serving Horry, Georgetown, and Brunswick Counties

Waterbridge is based in Murrells Inlet and serves waterfront owners from Georgetown and Pawleys Island through the Grand Strand and into coastal Brunswick County, North Carolina.

Coverage depends on the property, project type, access, and current scheduling. Call or request an assessment with the site address, and we will tell you whether the work fits our service area.
