Pierhead & Floating Dock Repair in Garden City

This waterfront homeowner’s project brought several repairs together: the covered pier’s roof, the floating dock’s flotation, the gangway, and the wood railings and boards.
Waterbridge installed a new metal roof on the covered pier. At the floating dock, the crew replaced failed dock flotation and repaired the connecting gangway. Railings and boards were also replaced and reinforced.
The project photograph shows how those structures connect. The covered pierhead stands over the creek, with a railed gangway leading down to the floating dock. The work addressed several parts of that waterfront access in one project.

Covered pier roof
A new metal roof was installed over the existing covered pierhead.
Flotation and gangway
Failed flotation was replaced beneath the floating dock, along with repairs to the gangway connecting it to the pier.
Railings and boards
Wood railings and boards were replaced and reinforced as part of the pier and dock repairs.
