Waterbridge Contractors of the Carolinas repaired the pierhead and installed a metal roof at this property on the creek in Garden City Beach, South Carolina.
The timber walkway leads to a covered space with railings and built-in bench seating. From inside the pierhead, the view opens across the creek and marsh. The new roof provides shade over the seating area while keeping the sides open to the water.
The project photographs show the covered pierhead from the approach, the yard, and beneath the roof. Floating dock access sits alongside the fixed structure. These views help show how the pierhead fits into the property’s existing waterfront layout.
