The Villas is a multi-family development in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. Waterbridge built its retention pond to contain storm water runoff within the development.

The engineering plan guided the construction. The original project photos show the pond, the timber walls along its perimeter, and the nearby residential buildings. They also show the ground and temporary barrier during the work.

This project brings the site and the construction into the same view: the pond sits among the homes it serves. The photographs below show that relationship from several points around the water.
