Waterbridge Contractors built a new oceanfront wood deck with stairways to the beach at Atalaya Towers in Garden City Beach, South Carolina.

The project was completed for the Atalaya Towers Homeowners’ Association. The deck runs along the ocean side of the condominium building, creating an outdoor space with views of the beach. Wood railings line the edge, and stairways connect the raised deck to the sand below.

The work brings the deck, landings, and beach access together. There is space beside the building for lounge chairs, while the stairway landings provide a transition between the deck level and the beach. The ocean-facing railings continue around the corners and along the approach to the stairs.
